Landmark New Signage in Brant 403 Business Park
“COUNCIL IS DELIGHTED THAT THE COUNTY OF BRANT NOW HAS A LANDMARK ANCHOR SIGN THAT PROMOTES OUR BUSINESS PARK AS A GREEN ENERGY PARK” – MAYOR, RON EDDY
The County of Brant’s highly regarded business park is shaping up to be quite the success. With significant investments made within the park through adidas Group and BGI Retail, there are only 50 acres of land left for sale in the park, a portion of which has Highway 403 frontage.
In an attempt to thoroughly market the park, the County of Brant invested in significant signage that effectively advertises said park. Pictured below, is the 50 foot, solar powered, illuminated sign that resides on the Storm Water Management Pond parcel of land within the park – the reason for this location was not to tie up the residual developable lands that are still available for sale in the other areas of the park.
The sign was manufactured by a local sign firm, Brooks Signs and local contractors were hired to complete the works of getting the sign installed and operational.
There was direct involvement of the Brant Economic Development Advisory Committee in the design and development of this sign and our County Council ultimately approved the design. Council, Committee as well as staff are extremely pleased with the end result. This sign, will act as the prestigious icon for this park and will assist the overall development and investment attraction efforts of the Economic Development Department for this geographic region of the County.
